Welcome and thank you for visiting Angel Lane Bakery where we offer our freshly prepared and richly flavored gourmet English Shortbread.  We produce a quality product with emphasis on excellent customer service.

Our Shortbread is made to my original high standards of quality.  Using the finest natural ingredients, prepared in small batches; hand kneaded and rolled then baked in rounds and lightly sprinkled with sugar. While hot, the rounds are divided into triangular segments, traditionally known as “Petticoat Tails”.

Best butter gives Angel Lane shortbread a crumbly texture and unique “melt in the mouth taste” and immediately the shortbread has cooled from the oven it is heat seal packaged to retain its fresh baked qualities.

Our three original flavors are, Traditional, Chocolate Chip and Cinnamon Brown Sugar.   More recently we have introduced our new Savory Cheese flavor.  Our products contains no artificial color or preservatives and  in its heat sealed packs it has an unopened shelf life of five months.
